Customs, Duties and Taxes for International Orders<\/h4>\n

The recipient of an order that ships to a country other than the United States is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Such orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment will be responsible for all charges levied upon receipt of their shipment. AeroPress, Inc. has no control over and also cannot predict these charges. Governmental policies vary widely. You should contact your local customs office for information.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sales and Use Taxes in Alaska<\/h4>\n

No sales tax will be charged on orders that ship to the state of Alaska. Recipients of such orders will be solely responsible for payment of any use taxes imposed by their local city and\/or borough.<\/p>\n

Warranty<\/h4>\n

AeroPress brand products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. If you think you purchased a defective AeroPress product that is under warranty, please\u00a0<\/span>contact us<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and report the problem. We will promptly be in touch.<\/p>\n

Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
